Coordinating Council of the

Georgia Green Party
To provide for the adoption of a proposed agenda to be recommended by the
Council to the Americus Nominating Convention on Saturday, April 17th,
1999.
Whereas, the by-laws of the Georgia Green Party leave to the Council,
the responsibility for recommending a proposed agenda to the Nominating
Convention; and
Whereas, the Convention Rules, Article VII., Section E. provide for
the basis of such an agenda.
Resolved that the Coordinating Council recommends the following agenda
for the consideration of the Americus Nominating Convention on April 17th,
1999.
10:00 am Call to order by convenors Charles Sumblin and Kerrie Dickson
10:05 am Credentials committee report
10:15 am Nomination of facilitator and clerk
10:25 am discuss, amend and approve proposed Convention agenda

10:30 am consider and adopt Convention
