Nominee for both 1996 and 2000 will speak at Emory University at 8:00
pm on October 31st, 2001, before attending a fundraising reception for
the Georgia Green Party and its candidates. Please use this flyer to help

Work
Opportunities with the Party
The Georgia Green Party
is now seeking a total of ten petition circulators to help put its candidates
for statewide office on the ballot and six field organizers to help us
build the 159-County Georgia Green Party. These are half-time contract
positions. We have retained one circulator to date and he has had good
experiences thus far. If you are looking for compensated employment and
would like to bring your enthusiasm for this Party and its values to your
work, please follow the links above.

We have just launched a new Candidate Development Program. The applications

If you had difficulty casting a vote for Nader/LaDuke or our other write-in
candidates, or observed someone else having such difficulty, please record
the following information: time; precinct name, location, number; names
or descriptions of every witness to the event; describe in detail what
happened; your name and enough address information (e-mail, phone numbers,

Carter
Center Turns Down Request To Monitor Elections
The Carter Center, known for protecting developing democracies by monitoring
their elections, turned down a request to monitor the November 7 elections
and the events leading up to them to determine if abuses of power by the
two entrenched political parties were taking place.
